We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, some accessories like masks and wigs must be unopened.
How do I ensure I select the right size?
Each product page features a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring your height, chest, and waist and comparing them to our guide, as costume sizing can differ from standard retail clothing.
Are your costumes machine washable?
Care instructions vary by material. While some polyester garments are machine washable on a gentle cycle, many of our detailed costumes recommend spot cleaning or hand washing to preserve the fabric quality and embellishments.
