Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the costume and all included accessories into the original packaging to ensure they arrive back in resaleable condition.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
